Requires supervision of physician assistants by physician groups. Permits supervising physicians or groups to establish practice-appropriate record review policies. Directs the department of human services, in partnership with the state procurement office, to provide training on government procurement and other relevant procedures to nonprofit organizations that offer homeless outreach services or manage homeless housing programs in rural areas of the State.
