Summary
Requires supervision of physician assistants by physician groups. Permits supervising physicians or groups to establish practice-appropriate record review policies. Establishes continuing education requirements and authorizes audits to enforce compliance. Clarifies provisions relating to forfeiture and reinstatement of a license. (SB1406 HD2)
