Social Work Licensure Interstate Compact; Creates Social Work Licensure Interstate Compact; provides for recognition of access to social work services, including through telehealth, in member states; provides for development of data system, reporting procedures, & exchange of specified information between member states; specifies licensees practicing in remote state under compact must adhere to laws & rules of that state.

Repair of Motorized Wheelchairs; Requires original equipment manufacturer to make available any documentation, parts, & tools, required for diagnosis, maintenance, or repair of motorized wheelchair & parts for motorized wheelchair; requires original equipment manufacturer of motorized wheelchair with electronic security lock to make available any special documentation, parts, & tools, needed to access & reset lock when disabled in course of diagnosis, maintenance, or repair of motorized wheelchair; provides that violation of act is unlawful practice under Florida Deceptive & Unfair Trade Practices Act; provides that original equipment manufacturer is not required to divulge trade secrets.

Civil Remedy for Parental Abduction; Provides civil cause of action if child is unlawfully abducted from parent for specified amount of time; provides standard of proof & specified damages; authorizes reasonable attorney fees & costs for either party; provides when specified timeframe begins; provides affirmative defenses; requires specified court division to preside over such cause of action; provides statute of limitations; tolling such statute of limitations.

Victims of Domestic Violence and Dating Violence; Requires Division of Telecommunications within DMS to consult with certain entities to conduct feasibility study regarding specified alert system; provides requirements for such alert system; requires division to report to Legislature results of feasibility study by specified date; revises legislative findings to include victims of dating violence; defines "dating violence"; authorizes victims of dating violence to apply to participate in Attorney General's address confidentiality program.

Storage of Handguns in Private Conveyances and Vessels; Provides requirements for storage of handguns in private conveyances & vessels; requires law enforcement agencies to engage in specified promotional campaign; requires counties to adopt specified ordinances concerning parents of children who have been found to have stolen handgun from conveyances or vessels.

Transportation Facility Designations; Provides honorary designations of certain transportation facilities in specified counties; directs DOT to erect suitable markers.

Removal of Altered Sexual Depictions Posted without Consent ; Defines "covered platform"; requires covered platforms to establish process for removal of altered sexual depictions posted without consent of identifiable person; provides requirements for such process; requires notice; provides immunity for good faith compliance; prohibits unreasonable failure to comply; provides remedies; provides exceptions.

Tampering with, Harassing, or Retaliating against Court Officials; Provides criminal penalties for persons who knowingly & willfully threaten specified court personnel, knowingly & willfully harass specified court personnel with certain intent, knowingly with certain intent tamper with court officials, intentionally harass court officials when such harassment has specified outcome, or retaliate against court officials for their participation in official investigations or proceedings.

Spectrum Alert; Requires FDLE, in cooperation with specified agencies, to establish & implement Spectrum Alert; develop training program & alert system for missing children with autism spectrum disorder which is compatible with existing alert systems; specifies requirements for training program. APPROPRIATION: $190,000

Public Education of Background Screening Requirements; Requires AHCA, in conjunction with specified agencies, to develop & maintain care provider background screening education & awareness webpage; provides requirements for resources provided on webpage; requires that specified agencies provide link to webpage on their respective websites & promote inclusion of link in certain media; requires that webpage be active by specified date & reviewed & updated annually.
