Visit America Act This bill implements measures to support the U.S. travel and tourism industry and to address the declining percentage of international visitors to the United States. Specifically, the bill requires the Department of Commerce to develop a 10-year travel and tourism strategy with annual goals for the number of international visitors to the United States and for tourism commerce. The bill also establishes the role of Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Travel and Tourism, whose responsibilities shall include setting an annual goal for the number of international visitors to the United States and facilitating international business travel to the United States. Further, the assistant secretary must develop and implement a COVID-19 pandemic recovery strategy to assist the recovery of the U.S. travel and tourism industry. The bill also provides statutory authority for the United States Travel and Tourism Advisory Board, which shall aid the assistant secretary in developing and implementing the COVID-19 pandemic recovery strategy.

Bulk Infant Formula to Retail Shelves Act This act provides through December 31, 2022, duty-free treatment to certain infant formula base powder used in the manufacturing of infant formula in the United States, subject to quantity limitations. Infant formula base powder means a dry mixture of protein, fat, and carbohydrates that requires only the addition of vitamins and minerals in order to meet the definition of the term infant formula in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. During this time period, articles of infant formula base powder shall not be subject to any additional safeguard duties that may be imposed under subchapter IV of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
FTC Collaboration Act of 2021 This act requires the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to study its efforts to work with state attorneys general to address fraud and scams, including procedures, such as accountability mechanisms, that would facilitate such collaboration. In the process, the FTC must consult with relevant organizations and provide an opportunity for public comment. The FTC must submit legislative recommendations based on the results of the study.
State Offices of Rural Health Program Reauthorization Act of 2022 This bill reauthorizes through FY2027 grants awarded to state offices of rural health for improving health care in rural areas.
Apache County and Navajo County Conveyance Act of 2022 This bill requires the Forest Service to convey certain lands within the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest to Navajo County and Apache County, Arizona. As a condition of each conveyance the counties must pay all associated costs, including the costs of surveys and environmental analyses.
This bill designates the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 3900 Crown Road Southwest in Atlanta, Georgia, as the John R. Lewis Post Office Building.
Better Interoperability for Devices Act of 2022 or the BID Act of 2022 This bill requires the Food and Drug Administration to report on the interoperability of medical devices, including associated standards, data, and costs.
This resolution supports the designation of National 4-H Week. It also (1) recognizes the important role of 4-H in youth development and education, and (2) encourages all citizens to recognize 4-H for the significant impact the organization and members have made and continue to make by empowering young people with the skills needed to lead for a lifetime.
Tribal Capital for Operations Promoting Safety Act or the Tribal COPS Act This bill directs the Department of the Interior to establish a program to award grants to Indian tribes for increasing the capabilities of law enforcement agencies.
Maximizing Outcomes through Better Investments in Lifesaving Equipment for (MOBILE) Health Care Act This bill allows a health center that currently receives funding through a Health Resources & Services Administration Health Center Program grant to use a New Access Point grant to set up a mobile unit regardless of whether the health center also establishes a permanent health care delivery site. New Access Point grants help health centers establish new delivery sites to provide comprehensive primary care to medically underserved populations. Under current law, health centers may only use the grants to set up a mobile unit if they also establish a permanent site.
