Creates income or corporate excise tax credit for taxpayer that employs youth through Oregon Youth Employment Program. Applies to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2024, and before January 1, 2030. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
Urges Congress to propose for state ratification amendment to United States Constitution to require federal government to operate under balanced budget wherein federal government expenditures do not exceed federal government revenues.
Makes discrimination against individual based on vaccination history, individual's refusal to obtain vaccination or individual's failure to provide proof of immunity to communicable disease unlawful employment practice. Allows civil action for violation against unlawful employment practice.
Authorizes any person to submit complaint to Department of Environmental Quality if person reasonably believes that camping site of homeless individuals is causing discharge of wastes into state waters.
