Provides that person is automatically qualified to obtain permit to purchase firearm if person holds valid concealed handgun license.

Restores staggering of terms of county commissioners in certain circumstances. Specifies that when two or more county commissioners are elected for one county at same election and one is elected to fill vacancy, commissioner filling vacancy shall hold office for two years. Applies this rule, which currently applies only to general elections, to primary elections. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
Appropriates moneys to Oregon Business Development Department to award grants to communities ] cities and Oregon Indian tribes with high poverty rate ] rates for purpose of developing local poverty reduction plans. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
Prohibits insurance company from considering map of wildfire risk when determining insurance rate. Directs State Board of Forestry to adopt new definition of term "wildland-urban interface." Provides that map of wildfire risk must display wildfire risk classes only for properties within wildland-urban interface. Provides that State Forestry Department shall develop map of wildfire risk only after Department of Land Conservation and Development and Department of Consumer and Business Services have taken certain actions.
Allows electors of county to approve measure allowing use of dogs for hunting, pursuing or taking cougars within county. Authorizes State Department of Fish and Wildlife to issue resident of approving county special cougar tag that allows use of dogs for hunting, pursuing or taking cougars within county.
Creates crime of disorderly conduct involving a family or household member. Punishes by maximum of six months' imprisonment, $2,500 fine, or both. Provides that disorderly conduct in the second degree may not be charged if conduct is of specific nature and directed towards family or household member or child of defendant.
Prohibits specified practices by insurers and pharmacy benefit managers in reimbursing cost of prescription drugs.
Provides that evidence of defendant's commission of other sexual offenses is admissible if relevant in criminal action in which defendant is accused of sexual offense. Provides that evidence of defendant's commission of other crimes constituting domestic violence is admissible if relevant in criminal action in which defendant is accused of crime constituting domestic violence. Eliminates provision providing that evidence of all prior bad acts is admissible if relevant in criminal action.
Establishes Office of the State Prosecutor under authority of State Land Board. Authorizes State Prosecutor to prosecute violations of law occurring in cities with population that exceeds 300,000. Appropriates moneys to board to fund office. Sunsets on December 31, 2029.
Authorizes county to adopt ordinance concerning Ballot Measure 114 (2022) providing that law enforcement agency with jurisdiction entirely within county is not required to act as firearm purchase permit agent, and permit is not required for transfer of firearm from transferor within county to county resident.
