Requires that, to extent provided by Oregon Liquor Control Commission rules, if appellation of origin on wine label is American viticultural area in Oregon that is in larger American viticultural area, label must also identify larger American viticultural area. Requires commission to make requirement applicable by rule within Willamette Valley viticultural area. Prohibits use of American viticultural area on wine label in manner resembling brand. Creates exception. Applies to wine labeled on or after January 1, 2023. Requires commission to appoint advisory committee. Sunsets advisory committee January 2, 2024. Requires commission to adopt rules establishing penalty schedule for labeling requirement. Requires adoption of initial rules in time to take effect January 1, 2023. Repeals rule adoption requirement January 2, 2024. Requires commission to report to interim committee of Legislative Assembly no later than September 15, 2020, regarding advisory committee recommendations and status of commission rule adoption proceedings. Specifies certain presumptions as to cause of ] compensability of covered employee's claim of benefits under workers' compensation law for death, disability or impairment of health of fire service professional, public safety personnel or employee of public or private safety agency with duties related to firefighting, police, ambulance or emergency medical services in claim for benefits related to occupational disease under workers' compensation law ]. Specifies standard of evidence necessary for rebuttal of presumption. Provides that insurer or self-insured employer may later deny compensability of claim if exposure to trauma ceases being of real importance or great consequence in causing disability, impairment of health or need for treatment. Defines "covered employee." Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
Requires State Department of Fish and Wildlife, in consultation ] cooperation with Department of Transportation, to develop Wildlife Corridor and Safe Road Crossing ] Action Plan for use by state agencies. Specifies certain content for inclusion in plan. Requires periodic plan updates. Requires State Department of Fish and Wildlife to post report of proposed plan or of proposed updates on website and deliver report to legislative committee ] committees relating to natural resources. Requires department to prepare report regarding operation of program, post report on website and deliver report to legislative committee ] committees relating to natural resources. Requires department to periodically review statutes and rules affecting wildlife corridors and to include findings in report of program operation. Requires state agencies to cooperate with department in plan development. Requires Department of Transportation to develop program for reducing wildlife-vehicle collisions in areas where wildlife corridors intersect with proposed or existing public roads. Requires department to incorporate wildlife corridors into design options for road projects having potential to threaten wildlife habitat connectivity ] create or modify infrastructure to reduce wildlife-vehicle collisions . Requires inclusion of mitigation plan in road project environmental impact statement. ] Requires department to biennially report on program to legislative committees relating to natural resources.

Makes unlawful employment practice for employer to request employee to ] enter agreement that would prevent employee from disclosing or discussing conduct that constitutes unlawful discrimination, including sexual assault. Allows civil and administrative remedies for violation against unlawful employment practice. Provides that employer may, in certain circumstances, enter into settlement, separation or severance agreement that includes provision that would prevent employee from disclosing or discussing such conduct or that would prohibit employee from seeking reemployment with employer as term or condition of agreement. Allows civil and administrative remedies for violation against unlawful practice. Makes unlawful employment practice for any person to aid, abet, incite, compel, coerce or conceal any acts prohibited under provisions of Act and any acts that constitute certain types of unlawful discrimination. Clarifies that employer's withholding of certain information from person who is owner, president, partner or corporate officer of employer, during course of employer's investigation, is not unlawful employment practice, provided that employer makes person aware of ongoing investigation. ] Allows person who is owner, president, partner or corporate officer to be held individually liable for engaging in prohibited acts. ] Requires all employers to adopt written policy containing procedures and practices for reduction and prevention of certain types of unlawful discrimination, including sexual assault. Requires Bureau of Labor and Industries to make available on bureau's website model procedures or polices that employers may use to establish employer policies. Makes voidable any agreement to pay severance pay to person found to have engaged in conduct that violates employer's policies or provisions of Act and such violations were substantial contributing factor in causing separation from employment . Extends timeline for filing complaint with Commissioner of Bureau of Labor and Industries alleging certain unlawful employment practices. Extends statute of limitations from one year to seven ] five years to file civil action for certain violations of law. Provides that extended statute of limitations applies to certain conduct that occurs on or after effective date of Act. Requires commissioner to adopt any rules necessary to implement certain provisions of Act no later than 90 days after effective date. Becomes operative January ] October 1, 2020. Permits commissioner to adopt rules and take any action before operative date of Act that is necessary to enable bureau to exercise duties, powers and functions conferred on bureau. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
Prohibits food vendor from using polystyrene container in selling, offering for sale, serving or dispensing prepared food to public. Provides exception if food vendor ensures that polystyrene container is used only on premises of food vendor and that polystyrene containers used on premises of food vendor are delivered to facility for recycling, processing or conversion into new product. Takes effect January 1, 2021.
Limits guardian's authority to limit protected person's preferred associations with third parties. Permits interested person to move court to review guardian's power to limit protected person's associations and requires court to conduct hearing . Permits court to remove guardian for unreasonably limiting protected person's associations or failing to perform certain duties. Requires guardian to utilize substituted judgment standard for making decisions on behalf of protected person. Permits guardian to utilize best interest standard if guardian is unable to determine protected person's preferences.
Allows student to wear dress uniform issued by Armed Forces of United States during high school graduation ceremony if certain conditions are met. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
Provides that client has right to privately communicate with lawyer and representative of lawyer. Provides that evidence derived from privileged confidential communication is inadmissible in certain proceedings if confidential communication was obtained or disclosed without consent of client. Requires local correctional facilities and prisons to maintain one log for lawyers and representatives of lawyers visiting inmates and one log for all other persons visiting inmates. Requires all visitors to sign appropriate log. Provides that, unless exception applies, log for lawyers and representatives of lawyers is confidential, not subject to disclosure as public record and not subject to subpoena. Requires suppression of evidence derived from unlawful disclosure of log for lawyers and representatives of lawyers. ].
