Relating to workplace bullying.

Establishes unlawful employment practice for engaging in certain conduct that subjects employee to workplace bullying or hostile work environment. Allows recovery of damages by private right of action. Requires Bureau of Labor and Industries to establish model procedures for employers to use in establishing employer policies addressing workplace bullying.
