To enact section 4955.37 of the Revised Code to establish "Safe Zones" on railroad tracks for the safety of railroad employees and to name this act the Paul Payne Safe Zone Act.

To enact sections 1349.08, 1349.081, 1349.082, 1349.083, 1349.084, 1349.085, 5119.65, 5119.651, 5119.652, and 5119.653 of the Revised Code to require warning labels on addictive social media platforms.

To enact sections 1349.12, 1349.13, 1349.14, 1349.15, and 1349.16 of the Revised Code to require AI-generated products have a watermark and to require disclosure when AI-systems are acting as humans.

To amend section 6111.041 and to enact section 6109.26 of the Revised Code to require the Director of Environmental Protection to adopt rules establishing maximum allowable contaminant levels in drinking water and water quality standards for certain contaminants.

To amend sections 1509.02, 1509.34, 5703.052, 5749.01, 5749.02, 5749.04, 5749.06, 5749.07, 5749.08, 5749.10, 5749.12, 5749.13, 5749.14, and 5749.15; to enact sections 4928.57 and 4928.571; and to repeal section 1509.50 of the Revised Code to modify the rate and revenue allocation of the severance tax on oil and natural gas, to create an electric bill credit, and to make an appropriation.

To enact section 5901.10 of the Revised Code to govern the practice of providing veterans claim assistance for compensation and to name this act the Veterans Empowerment Through Ethical Representation and Navigation Act (V.E.T.E.R.A.N. Benefits Protection Act).
