To enact sections 3901.85, 3901.851, 3901.852, 3901.853, 3901.854, 3901.855, 3901.856, 3901.857, and 3901.858 and to repeal section 125.95 of the Revised Code to establish the Prescription Drug Affordability Board and Prescription Drug Affordability Stakeholder Council, to authorize the establishment of upper payment limits on certain prescription drug products, to repeal the law establishing the Prescription Drug Transparency and Affordability Advisory Council, and to name this act the Prescription Relief and Inflation Cost Elimination or P.R.I.C.E. Act.

To amend section 3301.0718 and to enact section 3301.0733 of the Revised Code to enact the Food Literacy and Nutrition Education Act to require the Department of Education and Workforce to adopt food literacy standards for grades kindergarten through twelve.

To amend sections 5162.20 and 5167.12 and to enact sections 3902.65 and 5164.094 of the Revised Code to require health benefit plans and the Medicaid Program to cover epinephrine and glucagon for individuals eighteen years of age and younger and to cap cost sharing for epinephrine and glucagon in any form.

To amend sections 319.302, 323.152, 323.153, 323.156, 323.158, 5747.85, and 5747.98 and to enact section 5747.25 of the Revised Code to modify property tax reductions for nonbusiness and owner-occupied property, to authorize a refundable income tax credit for renters, and to name this act the Ohio Homeowner Relief Act

To amend sections 102.01, 102.06, and 102.99 and to enact section 102.032 of the Revised Code to prohibit public officials and employees from using prediction markets.

To amend sections 307.626 and 3701.045 and to enact sections 2151.4212, 2151.4214, and 2151.4216 of the Revised Code to enact Cassidy's Law regarding information sharing related to child welfare.

To amend section 122.98 and to enact sections 122.982 and 122.983 of the Revised Code to modify the Residential Development Revolving Loan Program and to name this act the Housing Recovery Act.

To amend sections 3767.01, 3767.05, 4301.74, 5321.02, and 5747.98 and to enact sections 5321.172 and 5747.35 of the Revised Code to allow a tenant to terminate a rental agreement if the tenant is a victim of a specified crime, to authorize an income tax credit for landlords who rented to such tenants, and to name this act the Ohio Safe Homes Act.
