Authorizes the village of Clayton to offer an optional twenty year retirement plan to Joshua David, a police officer employed by such village.

Requires records of any and all traffic violations, including offenses committed in the operation of a motor vehicle, of a school district's bus driver, including those acquired outside the employment of driving a school bus, to be provided by the school district to a parent or guardian of a student who rides the bus of such driver upon request.
