Relates to requiring records of all traffic violations by bus drivers to be provided to parents and guardians upon request

Requires records of any and all traffic violations, including offenses committed in the operation of a motor vehicle, of a school district's bus driver, including those acquired outside the employment of driving a school bus, to be provided by the school district to a parent or guardian of a student who rides the bus of such driver upon request.
