Baltic Defense and Deterrence Act This bill requires the Department of State to establish and implement an initiative to increase security and economic ties with the Baltic countries (i.e., Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania). The bill also requires the Department of Defense to establish and implement an initiative to deepen security cooperation with the Baltic countries.

Emmett Till Antilynching Act This bill makes lynching a federal hate crime offense. Specifically, the bill imposes criminal penalties—a fine, a prison term of up to 30 years, or both—on an individual who conspires to commit a hate crime offense that results in death or serious bodily injury or that includes kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill.
This resolution supports the goals and ideals of National Women's History Month and recognizes the women and organizations that continue to promote the teaching of women's history.
Forced Arbitration Injustice Repeal Act of 2022 or the FAIR Act of 2022 This bill prohibits a predispute arbitration agreement from being valid or enforceable if it requires arbitration of an employment, consumer, antitrust, or civil rights dispute.
This resolution demands an immediate cease-fire and full withdrawal of Russian forces from Ukrainian territory. The resolution urges the Biden Administration to hold Vladimir Putin accountable for the unconscionable atrocities committed in Ukraine. Stop Gas Price Gouging Tax and Rebate Act This bill imposes an excise tax of 50% of the excess of the windfall profit of a producer of crude oil (including crude oil condensates and natural gasoline) that has an average daily worldwide production of crude oil of at least 300,000 barrels for the taxable year, and had gross receipts in excess of $1 billion for its last taxable year during 2005. The bill defines windfall profit as the excess of the adjusted taxable income of such producer for taxable year 2022 over the reasonably inflated average profit for such taxable year. The bill requires payment of energy price rebates to eligible individuals.
Honoring Harriet Tubman Act This bill requires the Joint Committee on the Library to obtain a statue of Harriet Tubman and place the statue in a suitable permanent location in National Statuary Hall.
This bill designates the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 3493 Burnet Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio, as the John H. Leahr and Herbert M. Heilbrun Post Office.
