PROCURE-ELEC-BUSINESS CONTRIB

Amends the State Treasurer Act. Requires the Treasurer to post information on his or her official website concerning the investment of public funds. Sets forth the required information. Does not require posting of information that is exempt from inspection and copying under the Freedom of Information Act.

SCH CD/JUV CT-RESIDNT FACILITY

Amends the School Code and the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Makes changes relating to the residency of pupils in residential facilities and the payment of costs in provisions of the School Code concerning tuition for non-resident pupils, residency and the payment of tuition, determining the resident district with respect to children with disabilities, and special education classes for children from orphanages, foster family homes, children's homes, or in-State housing units and a provision of the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 concerning sentencing orders. Provides that certain of these changes apply to all placements in effect on July 1, 2007 and all placements thereafter. Contains a severability clause. Effective immediately.

NUCLEAR POWER ISSUES-TSK FORCE

Creates the Nuclear Power Issues Task Force to study nuclear power issues and requires the task force to prepare a report for the General Assembly by January 1, 2009.

$DPT AGING-CHORE HOUSEKEEPERS

Appropriates $64,200,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department on Aging for vendors of homemaker, chore, and housekeeping services to increase the wages paid to employees who provide homemaker, chore, and housekeeping services and to provide health insurance coverage to those employees and their dependents. Effective immediately.
