Requires a personal representative of a decedent appointed under the Uniform Probate Code to notify the police department of the appropriate county of any and all firearms in an estate. Requires the police department to certify that all registered firearms in an estate and other firearms of which the police department has been notified are properly transferred or disposed of before the estate may close.

Establishes a minimum wage commission to recommend the annual rate of increase for the minimum wage. Provides that recommended minimum shall go into effect unless affirmatively rejected by concurrent resolution. Makes an appropriation.
Authorizes the Hawaii housing finance and development corporation, Hawaii community development authority, and Hawaii public housing authority to sell leasehold units in residential condominiums located on state lands.
Authorizes the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation to enter into ninety-nine-year leases of units in residential condominiums located on state lands.
Requires the managing agent, resident manager, or board to keep an accurate and current list of each member of the association, and any vendee under an agreement of sale, including electronic mail addresses. Requires that a copy of the member list, including electronic mail addresses, shall be available, at cost, to any unit owner or owner's authorized agent, under certain circumstances.
Authorizes, until June 30, 2022, boards to exclude the public from the meeting locations where board members are physically present if the board meetings are held by interactive conference technology during a state of emergency due to a contagious illness. Permits two or more members of a board to attend state of the city, state of the county, state of the State, or state of the judiciary addresses with certain restrictions. Requires meetings held by interactive conference technology to recess, rather than terminate, when audio communication cannot be maintained and may reconvene only when audio communication is reestablished.
