Requires the University of Hawaii Center on Aging to convene a task force to review the impacts of the aging population on Hawaii in 5, 10, and 20 years. The Director of the Executive Office on Aging shall determine the scope and objectives of the review.
Creates an International Moon Base Alliance Committee in the Office of Aerospace Development to provide recommendations and guidance for the establishment of an evolvable lunar architecture on the Island of Hawaii.
