Establishes a farm to school grant pilot program within the Department of Agriculture to provide grants to participants in the Hawaii farm to school program. Requires the Farm to School Coordinator to report to the Legislature. Makes appropriations. (HB2497 HD1)
Provides that funds received from the federal government for the purpose of addressing domestic violence and moneys from the Emergency Medical Services Special Fund shall not be distributed to a law enforcement agency or emergency medical services agency whose policies, procedures, and training for personnel and supervisors do not formally require lethality assessments and safety planning with victims of domestic violence. Establishes a grant program and special fund to assist beneficiaries on Hawaiian home lands with cesspool upgrade or conversion costs. Establishes that a recipient of a cesspool upgrade grant shall not be eligible for the cesspool upgrade, conversion, or connection income tax credit. Appropriates moneys for the grant program. Appropriates funds to the University of Hawaii at Hilo for programs, studies, and activities related to the prevention and eradication of rat lungworm disease. (HB2104 HD1)
Requires reservation of a percentage of units in a housing development on public land or real property in a county-designated transitoriented development zone and under the control of the Board of Land and Natural Resources, the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation, or the Hawaii Community Development Authority for low-income residents. Limits allowable transfer of interest in the real property to a developer to transfer of only leasehold interest. (HB2142 HD1)

Amends the penalty for criminal trespass onto public parks and recreational grounds. Requires law enforcement officers to provide homeless individuals who trespass onto public parks and recreational grounds with information regarding homeless shelters, services, facilities, and safe zones.
Promotes the space industry in Hawaii by creating an International Moon Base Alliance to provide recommendations and guidance for the establishment of a prototype moon base on the island of Hawaii. (HB2706 HD1)
