Specifies the contents of the template. Requires prescribers to establish assessments of treatment goals for each chronic pain medication agreement. Excludes certain patients and providers from the chronic pain medication agreement requirements.
Removes limits on the fees assessable by the counties for motor vehicle registration. Allows the counties to use the funds collected from such fees towards the beautification of highways and disposal of abandoned and derelict vehicles.
