RELATING TO THE DIVISION OF BOATING AND OCEAN RECREATION.

Allows the board of land and natural resources to adopt, amend, or repeal administrative fee schedules for parking fees for locations under the management of or operated by the division of boating and ocean recreation through regular or special board meetings rather than through administrative rulemaking. RELATING TO DATA COLLECTION.

Requires that the sexual orientation and gender identity of persons processed for crimes be included in the systems of identification, if disclosed.
