Summary

Allows the board of land and natural resources to adopt, amend, or repeal administrative fee schedules for parking fees for locations under the management of or operated by the division of boating and ocean recreation through regular or special board meetings rather than through administrative rulemaking. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)
