RELATING TO HOMELESSNESS.

Establishes the long-term rental assistance pilot program to be administered by the Hawaii Public Housing Authority for individuals over sixty years old who are homeless, or at imminent risk of becoming homeless. Appropriates funds. (SB1031 HD1)

RELATING TO HIGHER EDUCATION.

RELATING TO LAND DEVELOPMENT.

Requires DLNR to allocate revenues from commercial properties within the Banyan Drive redevelopment area to the Banyan Drive Hawaii Redevelopment Agency. RELATING TO SCHOOL IMPACT FEES.

Repeals the school impact fee exemptions for nonresidential development and housing subject to the transient accommodations tax when seeking development in a designated school impact district requiring county subdivision approval, county building permit, or condominium property regime approval of the project.
