RELATING TO AGRICULTURE.

Gives the Board of Agriculture authority to decide on a case-by-case basis which entities qualify for a non-agricultural park lease. Establishes certain conditions and qualifications that must be met in order for the Board to deem an entity eligible for a lease. Effective 7/1/2050. Sunsets on 6/30/2024. (SD2)

Authorizes the Department of Human Services and the Department of Health to contract the services of dedicated capture managers responsible for securing grant and other funding opportunities for each department. Authorizes the Department of Human Services and the Department of Health to establish a three-year full time temporary exempt position to support the grant development program. Appropriates funds.
