Requires DLNR to consider the conclusions and recommendations of the Kaua‘i Feral Cat Task Force when setting department policy regarding feral cats. (SD1)

Authorizes the department of the attorney general to transfer up to $50,000 each year out of the criminal forfeiture fund for deposit into the internet crimes against children special fund. Authorizes the deposit of moneys transferred from the criminal forfeiture fund into the internet crimes against children special fund. Takes effect on 1/7/2059. (SD1)

Requires, on or before 9/1/2018, that the department of health adopt rules for underground storage tanks and tank systems to conform with certain federal regulations and that include additional requirements for field-constructed underground storage tanks and tank systems. (SD1)
