Hate Crimes; Designating as a hate crime a person’s false reporting of the commission of a crime in whole or in part because of certain beliefs or perceptions about another person; providing criminal penalties; authorizing a court to order a program or training directed at hate crime prevention and education, etc.
Restrictions on Redevelopment; Authorizing property located on a barrier island which allows for residential development on or after a specified date to be developed or redeveloped for residential use at the highest density allowed on or after that specified date, regardless of any land use, zoning, or policies to the contrary, etc.
Historic Cemeteries Program; Requiring local governments to approve applications from historic African-American cemeteries to change the land use category and zoning district of excess vacant land if the cemetery sells or enters into a contract to sell such land in order to provide for the cemetery’s long-term maintenance and upkeep, etc.
