Medicaid Coverage of Continuous Glucose Monitors; Requires AHCA, subject to availability of funds & certain limitations & directions, to provide coverage for continuous glucose monitors for certain Medicaid recipients; provides requirements for Medicaid recipients to continue receiving coverage for their continuous glucose monitors; requires agency to seek federal approval for implementation of act, if needed; requires agency to include rate impact of act in certain rates that become effective on specified date.
Commercial Service Airport Transparency and Accountability; Revises information required to be posted on website of governing body; requires commercial service airport to use specified competitive solicitation processes for purchases of commodities or contractual services; revises type of contract governing body must approve, award, or ratify as separate line item on agenda; requires governing body to provide opportunity for public comment on contracts; prohibits contracts from being approved, awarded, or ratified as part of consent agenda.
