Specialty License Plates Marketed and Sold by Private Vendors; Requires DHSMV to contract with private vendors for marketing & sale of specialty license plates; provides contract requirements; prohibits certain actions by DHSMV & private vendors; requires DHSMV to establish time periods for issuance or renewal of plates marketed & sold by private vendors; authorizes DHSMV to approve & publish designs & color combinations; provides for cancellation or discontinuance of plates; authorizes sponsoring organizations to have plates marketed & sold by private vendors; authorizes dealer & fleet plates marketed & sold by private vendor to be ordered directly from vendor; exempts plates from certain requirements.

Tardive Dyskinesia Awareness Week; Recognizes week of May 2-8, 2021, as “Tardive Dyskinesia Awareness Week” in Florida.
