Bring Our Heroes Home Act This bill establishes at the National Archives a collection of records that relate to the fate or status of missing Armed Forces personnel. Each government office must identify and locate such records in its possession and transmit them to the Archives. The bill establishes a temporary board to ensure and facilitate the review, transmission, and public disclosure of such records. The bill generally makes such records public, with specified exceptions.

Financial Relief for Civilians Treated at Military Hospitals Act This bill prohibits the Department of Defense (or the military departments) from attempting to collect a debt owed by a civilian not covered under TRICARE for certain emergency medical treatment at a military medical treatment facility. The bill also prohibits a military medical treatment facility from charging any fee for certain emergency medical treatment provided to a civilian who is not covered under TRICARE, or a third-party payer of such civilian (e.g., Medicare).
Fair Access to Financial Services Act of 2022 This bill prohibits financial institutions from discriminating on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, or sex, including sexual orientation and gender identity. The bill also provides an aggrieved person with a private right of action for preventive relief.
Proprietary Education Interagency Oversight Coordination Improvement Act This bill requires certain actions to increase federal oversight of proprietary (i.e., for-profit) institutions of higher education (IHEs). Specifically, the bill establishes the Proprietary Education Interagency Oversight Coordination Committee and sets forth its duties and membership. The bill also directs the Department of Education (ED) to collect and track student complaints regarding the services or activities of any proprietary IHE that is eligible for federal education assistance. Further, ED must publish a warning list for parents and students that is comprised of proprietary IHEs that have engaged in certain activities, including those that have been sued for financial relief or have pending claims for borrower relief discharge.
