No Mandates Act

No Mandates Act This bill prohibits federal agencies and certain entities that receive federal funding from requiring COVID-19 vaccinations. Specifically, federal agencies may not issue rules, regulations, or guidance that require an individual to receive a COVID-19 vaccination. The bill also prohibits requiring a COVID-19 vaccination to access federal property and services or congressional grounds and services. Additionally, an entity that received federal COVID-19 relief funds or receives other federal funds after this bill's enactment may not require a COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of providing any service to an individual.

Strategically Lowering Gas Prices Act

Strategically Lowering Gas Prices Act This bill prohibits, subject to certain exceptions, the Department of Energy from drawing down or selling stocks from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve at the direction of a President if that President has withdrawn federal land subject to any of the mineral leasing laws from oil and gas leasing.

To award posthumously a Congressional Gold Medal, in commemoration to the servicemembers who perished in Afghanistan on August 26, 2021, during the evacuation of citizens of the United States and Afghan allies at Hamid Karzai International Airport, and for other purposes.

This bill posthumously provides for the award of a Congressional Gold Medal in commemoration of the 13 service members who died on August 26, 2021, while stationed at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Afghanistan.

COVID–19 Vaccine Accountability Act

COVID-19 Vaccine Accountability Act This bill excludes manufacturers of a mandated COVID-19 vaccine from certain liability protections that apply to manufacturers of medical countermeasures (i.e., medical products that may be used to treat, prevent, or diagnose conditions associated with emerging infectious diseases or chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear agents). It also retroactively limits to $10,000 the liability of the United States for a death or injury caused by a COVID-19 vaccine administered on or after January 1, 2020.

SAFER Travel Act

Saving Americans From Executive Reach in Travel Act or the SAFER Travel Act This bill prohibits executive branch agencies and private entities from imposing a vaccine mandate against COVID-19 on individuals traveling within the United States on commercial public or private transportation, including air, rail, commercial motor vehicles, vessels, or other public or private forms of transportation. Additionally, the bill prohibits executive branch agencies from requiring a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States to enter into a period of quarantine related to COVID-19 after having traveled on any commercial public or private transportation.

Preserving Rights Of Tenants by Ensuring Compliance To the Second Amendment Act or the PROTECT the Second Amendment Act This bill establishes a right for a resident of covered federally assisted rental housing to lawfully possess a firearm within the residential dwelling unit occupied by the resident and any common area of the federally assisted rental housing in which the resident resides in the course of entering or exiting the rental housing.

To require the Commissioner of Food and Drugs to make available for public inspection all records of information submitted to the Food and Drug Administration in conjunction with authorizing the emergency use of, or licensing, a COVID-19 vaccine.

This bill requires the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to make publicly available all records of information submitted to the FDA in conjunction with the emergency use authorization or licensing of a COVID-19 vaccine.

Military Selective Service Repeal Act of 2021

Military Selective Service Repeal Act of 2021 This bill repeals the requirement for males of ages 18 through 25 years old to register with the Selective Service. The bill also specifies that an individual shall not be penalized for prior failure to register with the Selective Service.
