Supply Chain Disruptions Relief Act This bill modifies the treatment of liquidations of new motor vehicle inventory as qualified LIFO (last in first out accounting method) inventory. It allows new motor vehicle dealers to elect to wait until the end of 2025 to replace their inventory for purposes of determining income attributable to the sale of such inventory during 2020 and 2021.

Flexibility for Workers Education Act This bill excludes from hours worked certain voluntary training that occurs outside an employee's regular working hours. Such training does not count as hours worked even if it is offered by the employer, provided that an employee's working conditions are not adversely affected by choosing not to participate and the employee does not perform any productive work for the employer during the training.

John W. Garrett Lee Smith Memorial Reauthorization Act This bill reauthorizes through FY2027 multiple suicide prevention programs and related activities with a particular focus on youth and young adults. Specifically, the bill reauthorizes grants for statewide or tribal youth suicide prevention and early intervention strategies and for mental health and substance use disorder services for college students, a working group tasked with developing a plan to carry out a public education campaign concerning access to and reducing stigma associated with mental health services at institutions of higher education, and a suicide prevention resource center that provides training and other resources regarding suicide prevention among all ages.

Boxing Therapy for Parkinson's Access Act of 2022 This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to furnish boxing-based exercise classes to veterans who (1) are enrolled in the VA health care system, (2) have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease (or a similar movement disorder), and (3) elect to participate in such classes to treat the disease or disorder.

COI Elimination Act This bill limits U.S. contributions to the United Nations pertaining to the U.N. Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel. Current law imposes a cap on the annual U.S. contribution to the U.N. budget. The bill lowers that cap by 25% of the amount budgeted for the commission. The bill also states that it shall be U.S. policy to seek the abolition of the commission and combat systemic anti-Israel bias in international bodies.

School Resource Officers Save Lives Act This bill reauthorizes through FY2023 grants available to states and Indian tribes to address the opioid crisis. It also establishes a demonstration grant program for school districts to train school resource officers, security personnel, and school nurses to administer Narcan kits (Narcan is an opioid antagonist that temporarily reverses and blocks the effects, including overdoses, of other opioids).
