This bill prohibits the use of federal funds to require a member of the Armed Forces to receive a COVID-19 vaccination. The bill also prohibits adverse action (e.g., punishment) being taken against a member of the Armed Forces because the member refuses to receive a COVID-19 vaccination.

Stop Appropriations for Obsequy Costs Act or the Stop AOC Act This bill prohibits the use of federal funds for financial assistance to an individual or household for funeral expenses if the eligibility for such assistance is derived from a cause of death related to COVID-19.
This resolution recognizes the dedication and courage of veterans, veterans' organizations, and private citizens who have worked and continue to work to evacuate U.S. persons and vulnerable Afghans from Afghanistan. Free Veterans from Fees Act This bill waives the application fee for any special use permit solely for a veterans special event at war memorials on land administered by the National Park Service in the District of Columbia and its environs.

Second Amendment For Every Registrable Voter Act or the SAFER Voter Act This bill reduces the minimum age—from 21 years to 18 years—at which an individual may obtain a handgun from a federally licensed gun dealer, manufacturer, importer, or collector.
Drug Cartel Terrorist Designation Act This bill directs the Department of State to designate the Reynosa/Los Metros faction of the Gulf Cartel and the Cartel Del Noreste faction of Los Zetas as foreign terrorist organizations and to submit a detailed report on those drug cartels and any other cartels it may identify. Based on this report, the State Department must designate as a foreign terrorist organization any such identified cartel (or faction thereof) that meets certain criteria for designation as a foreign terrorist organization.
Community Protection in Sports Act of 2021 This bill provides localities injured by the cancellation or relocation of certain sporting events a remedy for such action. Specifically, the bill makes it unlawful for Major League Baseball to cancel or relocate a competition that is not a part of the regular season unless it is a reasonable response to a pandemic, natural disaster, inclement weather, or emergency declared by the federal government or by the state in which the game is scheduled to occur. A locality that is injured by a violation may commence a civil action for damages from the league for canceling or relocating the game.
