SAFE Workers Act or the Secure And Fair Elections for Workers Act This bill requires the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to provide employees with the ability to vote remotely by telephone or the internet in union representation elections during the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) public health emergency. The bill further permits the NLRB's use of appropriations to issue directives or regulations providing for electronic voting methods.

Officer Eugene Goodman Congressional Gold Medal Act This bill directs the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate to arrange for the presentation of a Congressional Gold Medal to U.S. Capitol Police Officer Eugene Goodman for his actions to protect the Senate chamber during the security breach at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.

This resolution requires a Member, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner of the House of Representatives to wear a mask in the Capitol complex until it is no longer recommended to do so by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. It also establishes a $1,000 fine for each violation of this requirement.

This resolution calls upon Vice President Michael R. Pence (1) to immediately use his powers under section 4 of the Twenty-fifth Amendment to convene and mobilize the principal officers of the executive departments to declare that the President is unable to successfully discharge the duties and powers of his office, and (2) to transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House notice that he will be immediately assuming the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

This concurrent resolution supports the goals and ideals of No Name-Calling Week. It also encourages schools to consider comprehensive anti-bullying and harassment policies that address incidents based on sexual orientation or gender identity.

This resolution supports teaching climate change in schools and programs to increase public knowledge on the impacts that humans have on the climate.

This resolution censures Representative Mo Brooks for statements he made before and after the violence and property damage at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.

This resolution urges that Tom Flores, one of only two people in National Football League history to win multiple Super Bowls as a player, assistant coach, and head coach, be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

This bill allows a new tax credit for a taxpayer's employment-related expenses necessary to care for a dependent who has attained age 50. Employment-related expenses include (1) expenses for household services; and (2) expenses for the care of the dependent, including respite care and hospice care. The expenses must be incurred to enable the taxpayer to be gainfully employed for any period for which there are one or more dependents that qualify for the credit. The bill limits the amount of such credit to $3,000 for the care of one dependent and $6,000 for the care of two or more dependents of the taxpayer in a taxable year.

Repeal of the Authorization for Use of Military Force This bill repeals the Authorization for Use of Military Force signed into law September 18, 2001.
