Tribal Cultural Areas Protection Act This bill provides for the preservation of tribal cultural sites on public land, including by establishing the Tribal Cultural Areas System, setting forth requirements related to land management, and authorizing certain actions by tribes.

Ban All Neurotoxic Organophosphate Pesticides From Our Food Act or the BAN OPs From Our Food Act This bill prohibits any organophosphate pesticides in food. (The Environmental Protection Agency banned chlorpyrifos, a type of organophosphate pesticide, from food in February 2022.)
Access to Inpatient Rehabilitation Therapy Act of 2022 This bill allows, for purposes of Medicare payment, an intensive rehabilitation therapy program to include other skilled therapeutic modalities besides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology services, or orthotic and prosthetic services, as recommended by the treating physician after the patient is admitted. The bill applies after December 31, 2022, or the last day of the COVID-19 public health emergency, whichever is earlier.
End Subsidies for Fossil Fuel Advertising Act This bill denies a tax deduction for the marketing, travel, promotion, and other related expenses incurred by any person involved in the manufacturing, production, extraction, refining, transportation, distribution, or marketing of any fossil fuel.
This bill makes supplemental appropriations for the Emergency Food and Shelter Program to provide shelter and other services to families and individuals encountered by the Department of Homeland Security (e.g., migrants).
Bottles and Breastfeeding Equipment Screening Enhancement Act This bill directs the Transportation Security Administration to issue or update guidance to minimize the risk for contamination of breast milk, baby formula, purified deionized water for infants, and juice (as well as ice packs, freezer packs, frozen gel packs and other accessories required to cool breast milk, baby formula, and juice) that is subject to re-screening or additional screening, including by ensuring adherence to hygienic standards.
Wounded Warrior Research Enhancement Act This bill requires the Department of Defense to award grants to advance orthotic and prosthetic care for members of the Armed Forces, veterans, and civilians who have undergone amputation, traumatic brain injury, and other serious injuries resulting from combat or military experience. The grants must fund research on (1) outcomes for such patients, (2) materials used in orthotics and prosthetics, and (3) improving existing orthotic and prosthetic technology and the development of new technology.
Wounded Warrior Workforce Enhancement Act This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to award grants to eligible institutions to (1) establish a master's degree program in orthotics and prosthetics, or (2) expand upon an existing master's degree program in such area. The VA shall give grant priority to institutions that have entered into a partnership with a medical center administered by the VA or a facility administered by the Department of Defense. An eligible institution is an educational institution that is either accredited by the National Commission on Orthotic and Prosthetic Education or that demonstrates an ability to meet such accreditation requirements if it receives a grant. The bill also requires the VA to award a grant to an institution with orthotic and prosthetic research and education experience to (1) establish the Center of Excellence in Orthotic and Prosthetic Education; and (2) improve orthotic and prosthetic outcomes for veterans, members of the Armed Forces, and civilians by conducting orthotic and prosthetic research.
