No Outbound Flights for Lawmakers If Government Halts to a Stop Act or the No Flights Act This bill directs the Speaker of the House of Representatives to convene a session of the House on each day during a government shutdown, including weekends and legal public holidays. Additionally, the bill prohibits federal funds from being used to pay for travel by a Member of Congress during any government shutdown, except for travel by a Member to the District of Columbia metropolitan area.

Taxpayers Don't Incur Meaningless Expenses Act of 2022 or the Taxpayers DIME Act of 2022 This bill prohibits the use of federal funds for travel expenses of senior federal officials in violation of specified federal travel regulations.
Clean Legislating and Ethical Accountability Now Act or the CLEAN Act This bill makes the Office of Congressional Ethics a permanent office within the House of Representatives by providing statutory authority for the office. (Under current law, the office operates under a House resolution and must be reauthorized during each Congress as a part of the House rules.)
This resolution urges the government of Argentina to bring the perpetrators of the March 17, 1992, terrorist attack on the Embassy of Israel in Buenos Aires to justice (in 1999 the Supreme Court of Argentina found that the transnational terrorist organization Hezbollah was responsible for the attack). The resolution commends the Argentinian government for designating Hezbollah as a terrorist organization and urges other U.S. allies and partners in Latin America and the Caribbean to do the same. The resolution urges these allies and partners to condemn and counter regional governments in the hemisphere that aid and abet Iran and Hezbollah. The resolution also commends the Argentinian government for adopting the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance working definition of antisemitism and encourages other partners and allies to do the same. Finally, the resolution commends the Secretary General of the Organization of American States for appointing a Commissioner to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism in the Western Hemisphere.
Into the Light for Maternal Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders Act of 2022 or the Into the Light for MMH and SUD Act of 2022 This bill reauthorizes through FY2028 a program that addresses maternal depression and, among other changes, expands its scope to include mental health and substance use disorders. It also requires the Department of Health and Human Services to maintain a national hotline to provide mental health and substance use disorder resources to pregnant and postpartum women and their families.
Fairness for Rural Veterans Act of 2021 This bill includes construction or acquisition of a nursing home or domiciliary that is from a state with a significant need for beds and is located at least 100 miles away from the nearest existing state home facility as a priority for Department of Veterans Affairs state home facility grants.
Autonomy for Disabled Veterans Act This bill increases the maximum amount authorized under the Home Improvements and Structural Alterations (HISA) grant program to $10,000 for veterans with a service-connected disability and $5,000 for those with disabilities that are not service-connected. The HISA grant program provides medically necessary improvements and structural alterations to veterans' (or service members') primary residence for specified purposes (e.g., allowing for entrance to their home). The bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to increase the dollar amount of the grant in accordance with inflation as determined by the Consumer Price Index.

Access to Prescription Digital Therapeutics Act of 2022 This bill provides for Medicare and Medicaid coverage of prescription digital therapeutics (i.e., software applications that are used to prevent, manage, or treat medical conditions). The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services must establish a Medicare payment methodology for payments to manufacturers that takes into account certain factors (e.g., ongoing use); manufacturers must report specified information about private payors, subject to civil penalties.
