Provides state employee public safety professionals with parity to municipal public safety employees in the state/municipal retirement systems eff. 7/1/24 with 10% contribution.

Allows retired state employees who worked as certified or qualified court interpreter to be employed or re-employed for a limited period of time in a given year to provide court interpretation services within the unified judicial system.
Provides all retired teachers and all retired state employees a one-time stipend in the amount of three percent (3%) of the lesser of either the member's retirement allowance or forty thousand dollars ($40,000) of the member's retirement allowance.
Allows a modification for all taxable pension and/or annuity income includible in federal adjusted gross income for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2025.
Extends the sunset provision of § 16-16-24.2 to June 20, 2026.
Includes the deputy chief of inspection and inspector within the provision of law related to retirement on service allowance relating to correctional officers.

Removes the sunset provision of all statutory law requiring coverage for the treatment of pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with streptococcal infections and pediatric acute onset neuropsychiatric syndrome.
