Prohibits pharmacy benefit manager, after adjudication of and payment on claim for reimbursement of prescription drug, from recouping reimbursement paid except as part of routine audit, or from imposing retroactive fee on basis that was not determined when claim was adjudicated.
Provides that person who receives finding under wolf depredation compensation and financial assistance grant program may appeal finding to county advisory committee. Allows person who submits application for compensation to amend application.
Requires state agency or political subdivision of State of Oregon that possesses or controls real property within wildland-urban interface, or adjacent to privately owned real property within wildland-urban interface, to take certain actions to prevent wildfire.
Adds licensed mental health professionals , naturopathic physicians and pharmacists and certified medical laboratory scientists and medical laboratory technicians to types of providers eligible for tax credit allowed to rural medical care provider. Removes requirement of hospital consulting privileges applicable to optometrist claiming credit. Applies to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2024. Lowers disability threshold for property tax exemption for homestead or personal property of veterans to 10 percent. Applies to property tax years beginning on or after July 1, 2023. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
Allows governing body of city or county to adopt reasonable regulations on industrial hemp operations in area subject to jurisdiction of city or county. Defines "reasonable regulations."
Establishes standards for fiduciary of pension benefit plan offered by public body. Limits factors that may be considered in investment of assets of plan.
Directs school districts to have policy to respond to mental health needs of students who may have been subjected to abuse. Requires school districts to provide physical examinations, vision screening, dental screening and mental health screening within 120 days of first day of school. Prohibits public and private education providers in kindergarten through grade 12 from requiring disclosure of student's medical history as condition of student attending school.
Directs Oregon Health Authority to develop and maintain electronic system to collect information about administration of naloxone or other specified drugs, and deaths resulting from opioid overdose. Requires specified individuals to report information to electronic system. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
