Relating to responses to opioid overdoses in schools.

Directs State Board of Education to adopt rules for administration of naloxone or any similar medication designed to rapidly reverse overdose of opioid drug. Provides immunity from criminal action or for civil damages related to administration of naloxone or similar medication by trained school personnel.

Relating to high-value farmland.

Removes cranberry farms from definition of "high-value farmland. ] Requires counties to approve establishment of dwellings in conjunction with farm use on high-value farmland for cranberry farm operator meeting $40,000 annual income standard. Sunsets January 2, 2022.

Relating to offense categories for violations of the wildlife laws.

Increases maximum penalty for certain wildlife law offenses committed without culpable mental state to $2,000 fine. Increases maximum penalty for certain wildlife law offenses committed intentionally, knowingly or recklessly to five years' incarceration, $125,000 fine, or both. Adds type of offense to be included in preference point or reward program for reporting violation of wildlife laws.

Relating to notification of public about delinquent tax debtors; and prescribing an effective date.

Authorizes Department of Revenue to make publicly available by posting online information about delinquent tax debtors. Applies to all liquidated and delinquent tax debt owed to state on or after effective date of Act and to all tax periods for which tax debt is delinquent. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
