Authorizes an ex parte order for the interception of communications when probable cause for patronizing a trafficked child exists. Adds the crime of patronizing a trafficked child to the definition of "sex crime" for purposes of sex offender reporting. Adds the crime of patronizing a trafficked child to the list of crimes constituting racketeering activity. Adds allowing a child to patronize a trafficked child to the definition of child abuse. Repeals the crime of purchasing sex with a minor.
