Relating to eviction.
Summary
Allows a court to enter a supplemental eviction judgment within 180 days of an eviction judgment against a tenant who reenters the property, subject to the tenant's right to request a hearing. Allows a court to evict an unauthorized occupant under the process for eviction of a residential tenant. Applies to existing occupancies.
