Modifies definition of "compensation," for purposes of pay equity requirements, to exclude hiring bonuses and retention bonuses.
Provides that, before undertaking wildlife management activity involving aircraft, State Department of Fish and Wildlife must notify private landowners over whose land aircraft will fly, under specified circumstances.

Increases maximum percentage of tax that governing body of city or county may impose on sale of marijuana items. Requires percentage of newly enacted or increased amount to be transferred to county in which collecting retail establishment is located, provided county is eligible for Oregon Marijuana Account distributions. Specifies priorities for grant moneys. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
