Requires the Water Resources Department to implement additional rules and requirements for the review of limited license applications for an aquifer storage and recovery permit.
Prohibits the Department of Environmental Quality from implementing or enforcing the Advanced Clean Trucks regulations before January 1, 2027. Declares an emergency, effective on passage.
Directs the State Department of Fish and Wildlife to establish a Wildlife Stewardship Program. Directs the department to administer a grant program to support licensed wildlife rehabilitation centers. Appropriates moneys to the department, out of the General Fund, for purposes of the grant program.
