Provides that, before undertaking wildlife management activity involving aircraft, State Department of Fish and Wildlife must notify private landowners over whose land aircraft will fly, under specified circumstances.
Appropriates moneys to Oregon Business Development Department for distribution for purposes related to outdoor recreation economy. Allocates moneys to department for purpose of awarding matching grants to membership organizations and business accelerators in outdoor gear and apparel industry. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
Establishes School Safety Construction Fund in State Treasury, separate and distinct from General Fund. Appropriates moneys in fund continuously to Department of Education for purposes of making grants to school districts , to education service districts, to Oregon School for the Deaf and to public school districts that apply on behalf of charter school chartered within school district for construction projects that address urgent school safety needs. Specifies priorities for grant moneys. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
Requires ] Authorizes Oregon Advocacy Commissions Office, Commission on Hispanic Affairs, Commission on Black Affairs, Commission for Women and Commission on Asian and Pacific Islander Affairs to each employ at least one paid intern ] employ paid interns and staff necessary to supervise interns . Appropriates moneys for purpose of employing interns. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
