Requires cemetery association ] funeral establishment, crematory operator , cemetery authority, alternative disposition facility operator, licensed funeral service practitioner or other entity in possession of unclaimed cremated or reduced ] human remains of veteran or spouse, dependent or survivor of veteran to release cremated or reduced ] human remains and associated veteran status information upon request to veterans' remains coordinator under certain circumstances . Limits civil liability for release of veteran status information except for gross negligence. Requires funeral establishment, crematory operator, cemetery authority, alternative disposition facility operator or licensed funeral service practitioner in possession of unclaimed human remains of veteran or spouse, dependent or survivor of veteran to apply for state or federal benefits under certain circumstances. Authorizes funeral establishment, crematory operator, cemetery authority, alternative disposition facility operator or licensed funeral service practitioner in possession of unclaimed human remains of veteran or spouse, dependent or survivor of veteran to cremate, reduce or inter unclaimed human remains under certain circumstances. Directs county veterans' service officer to report information about veteran or spouse, dependent or survivor of veteran to United States Department of Veterans Affairs. Requires county veterans' service officer to establish and maintain list of reported information and to make information available upon request to veterans' remains coordinator.

Establishes procedures by which certain crime or abuse victims and other authorized persons may request and receive copies of law enforcement agency records concerning case. ] Establishes Task Force on Victim Access to Police Records. Directs task force to develop recommendations for legislation to ensure victims of crime, abuse, neglect or other potentially criminal conduct can access from law enforcement entities records related to crime, abuse, neglect or potentially criminal conduct perpetrated against them. Requires task force to submit report to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to law enforcement no later than November 1, 2022. Sunsets task force on June 30, 2023. Directs Department of Revenue to develop schedule allowing personal income taxpayers to voluntarily report taxpayers' self-identified race and ethnicity identifiers. Requires restricted access to collected data. Prohibits access to data by department collection and audit staff or by Internal Revenue Service. Prohibits commercial ] use of data by tax practitioners and tax preparation software vendors for purposes other than preparing and filing of returns . Directs department to report annually, beginning in 2023, on development and implementation of data collection schedule to appropriate committee or interim committee of Legislative Assembly related to information management and technology. Sunsets reporting requirement on January 2, 2028. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
Adds to cancers covered by rebuttable presumption of occupational disease for eligible nonvolunteer firefighters. Requires Workers' Compensation Management-Labor Advisory Committee to review material published by National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health related to cancers associated with nonvolunteer firefighters.
