Provides that teachers providing instruction to persons in custody of Department of Corrections or local correctional facility qualify as police officers for purposes of Public Employees Retirement System.

Requires each public post-secondary institution of education to make data available to commission. Requires commission to establish format and time frame for collection and reporting of demographic data, to evaluate public post-secondary institution of education compliance with collecting and providing data and to report to each regular session of Legislative Assembly on status of collecting and providing data.
Provides for regulation by Oregon Liquor Control Commission of consumption and sale of marijuana items at temporary events, including licensure of premises at which temporary events are conducted.
