Relating to recovery after wildfire.

Requires State Forestry Department to study recovery after wildfire. Directs department to submit findings to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to forestry no later than September 15, 2024.

Relating to insurance coverage of prescription drugs.

Prohibits health insurers and pharmacy benefit managers from restricting coverage of physician-administered prescription drugs that are obtained by nonparticipating pharmacies. Designates violation of prohibition as unlawful practice.

Relating to licensing for certain skilled trades; prescribing an effective date.

Permits Electrical and Elevator Board to determine fitness of person who holds journeyman electrician license or equivalent license issued by governmental authority that regulates electrical trades in another state. Permits Department of Consumer and Business Services to issue license to applicant that board determines is fit. Provides that State Plumbing Board may issue journeyman plumber license to applicant who holds journeyman plumber license or equivalent license issued by governmental authority that regulates plumbing trade in another state. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
