Relating to abortion.

Prohibits abortion unless physician has first determined probable post-fertilization age of unborn child, except in case of medical emergency. Prohibits abortion of unborn child with probable post-fertilization age of 20 or more weeks, except in case of medical emergency. Requires physician who performs or induces, or attempts to perform or induce, abortion to file report, within 30 days, with Oregon Health Authority. Requires authority to publish annually statistics relating to abortion.

Relating to water quality.

Requires at least 50 percent of total annual amount of all civil penalties imposed by Environmental Quality Commission or Department of Environmental Quality for violations of water quality rules or standards to be deposited in Waterway Enhancement Fund. Establishes Waterway Enhancement Fund. Requires moneys in fund to be used for removal and disposal of debris in waterways. Directs commission to adopt rules to implement provisions of Act.

Relating to labor organizations.

Prohibits employer from requiring that employee become or remain member of labor organization or pay dues, fees or other amounts in lieu of dues to labor organization as condition for or continuation of employment. Makes agreements that have purpose or effect of requiring employee to agree to such requirements void and unenforceable. Requires district attorney of each county and Attorney General to investigate and prosecute complaints of violation of prohibition of such requirements. Prohibits public and private employers from entering into union security agreements that require mandatory labor organization dues or membership.
