Requires individual and group health benefit plans and benefit plans offered by Public Employees' Benefit Board and Oregon Educators Benefit Board to reimburse services provided by naturopathic physicians within scope of their practice if services are reimbursed when provided by licensed physicians. Requires reimbursement paid to naturopathic physician in independent practice to be in same amount as reimbursement paid to physician.
Designates February 12 of each year as Rogue River Trail of Tears Day. Requires State Parks and Recreation Department to study options for creating memorial to commemorate Rogue River Trail of Tears.
