Requires Department of Consumer and Business Services to adopt rules to require adequate fireproofing in all newly constructed essential facilities. Requires certain recipients of grant or loan moneys distributed by state agencies to submit annual reports to committees of Legislative Assembly. Directs state agencies to notify recipients of requirements of Act. Enacts interstate Nurse Licensure Compact. Permits Oregon State Board of Nursing to disclose specified information to Interstate Commission of Nurse Licensure Compact Administrators. Exempts individuals authorized to work as nurses under multistate licensure privilege from requirement to obtain license from board and from restrictions on use of titles. Allows board to use moneys to meet financial obligations imposed on State of Oregon as result of participation in compact. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
Removes limitation on percentage of students in school district who may enroll in virtual public charter school not sponsored by school district without first receiving approval from school district.
