Establishes a maximum temperature in school buildings and indoor facilities; provides a definition of extreme heat condition days and the standard to measure room temperature.

Provides cost-of-living adjustments for certain public retirees, including an adjusted benefit in monthly installments that is equal to the percentage of the change in consumer price index according to the included schedule.
Permits municipal corporations, fire districts, volunteer fire companies, police departments and school districts to sell and display symbols of hope in support law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, the military, border patrol, firefighters, conservation officers and others.
