Includes comprehensive climate change risk analysis as part of every environmental assessment statement and requires updates to rules and regulations regarding the state environmental quality review no less than every five years.
Implements a one year phase-in period for a local law, ordinance or resolution imposing a paper carryout bag reduction fee where forty percent of such fees are returned to such county or city for the purpose of purchasing and distributing reusable bags, with priority given to low- and fixed-income communities, and after the first year, such forty percent of fees shall be remitted to the person who collected the fees.
Prohibits agreements to pay or provide benefits or wage supplements from including a provision specifying that an employee with accrued, unused vacation pay will not be compensated for such vacation pay upon termination and provides for a minimum of two weeks of wages upon termination to employees who receive granted time.
Relates to the sale of tonic water, bitters and maraschino cherries at liquor stores.
Provides that if the person or business providing the notification was the source of the breach, an offer to provide appropriate identity theft prevention and mitigation services, shall be provided at no cost to the affected person for not less than 12 months, along with all information necessary to take advantage of the offer to any person whose information was or may have been breached if the breach exposed or may have exposed personal information.
