Relates to adding additional chemicals to the list of emerging contaminants; directs the commissioner of health to establish the first list within 90 days and to update the list every three years.
Provides that on each seasonal and decorative lighting product manufactured, sold or delivered by a manufacturer or distributed in this state that contains an electrical cord casing in which lead is present in a quantity greater than one hundred parts per million, there shall be a warning label; defines terms; provides for civil penalties.
Creates a statewide residential revaluation exemption; defines "eligible residential property"; and provides applicability, eligibility and the exemption calculation.
Gives schools improved access to the statewide immunization database.
